Hi, I’m Lisa — certified health, life, & positive psychology coach, nature lover, mother, wife, and passionate believer in the power of transformation.
After years of working in healthcare and caring for others in a clinical setting, I felt a deeper calling to help people in a more personal, holistic way. For years, I’ve been on my own journey of finding balance, energy, and confidence while navigating the ups and downs of midlife. Between raising kids who aren’t so little anymore, moving through perimenopause, and choosing a healthier lifestyle—like intermittent fasting, exercising, and living alcohol-free—I’ve learned just how challenging (and rewarding) this stage of life can be. That journey led me here — creating space for healing, growth, rediscovery, and building authentic confidence through coaching.
